New 125 gallon with altifrons

My altifrons are doing well. I feed them frozen bloodworms last night for the first time. They couldn't get enough of them! I want to post some pics but I'm having trouble pulling up the app on my phone.

what are you feeding your altifrons? I feed mine frozen bloodworms for the first time last night. They loved them

Ok I'm on the right track. Feeding mine Hikari cichlid gold pellets, Cobalt pro breeder flakes. I chose them because of the higher protein. Along with the frozen bloodworms I just added to the rotation.
