Haha right? See i would have never done it if it weren't for you and mike, heating and filtering a 90 gal for a 1/13-1/12" fish is a little crazy but if I do experience better growth then its worth it for me!

The 90 is awesome imo because you can add a relatively strong powerhead, and the fish chooses where to swim and how much flow it wants. My late baby rhom loved swimming in top water in the current.

We got pretty much the same setup now. 125 shoal tank and 90 gal rhom tank.
 
Man, you guys are lucky to have a shoal of reds and a rhom... I can't wait till one is available in my area!
 
I dont have reds, i have a cariba shoal. I wouldnt say its luck, just time/money into the hobby. Seems like the longer youre in or the more money you have, the bigger the setups get. Im maxed out at 125 til i move though. After that i wanna start building tanks.

In the end, you guys are fortunate to have pygos and a black. I dream of getting a blue diamond everynight.. But I guess am lucky to even have some reds in my area >.<
