Here's a over sump I built for a 120g a while back with a dishpan. The last
photo is a different tank with same sump set-up planted with Bacopa in my garage. You can build a siphon with a aquaseal with inserted pvc pipe or buy a ebb and flow kit from a hydroponics store. Google bell siphon for better details.
