New 125g progression thread

Lol a bit too late for that erica, I don;t want to tear it down just to paint it. I slapped a black background on there and it makes the tank look so much better. Even the fish seem to be brighter which makes me happy. Wood should be shiped either Monday or Tuesday and will get to me within a week of the shipped date.

I got 8 giant danios for dithers from petsmart for $1 a piece, added them in, 2 got eaten lmao so I moved the other 6 out to grow them out before they get re entered.

FX5 is out of the question, way too much for me.

Nice job. Tank is starting to take on its own character and adding the background will just complete it. 125s are great size tanks. I just set one up and posted this week also link below.

Thanks guys. The wood and the new plants I ordered are in the mail. This tank should be up to standards by Monday or tuesday.

And no my clowns are wacky. They beg for food with the rest of the fish, they just chill and dart all over. Very entertaining.

I got the wood a few days ago and has been soaking. Same with my new plants. I also picked up 200 lbs of black slate . I'm going to get started on my tank tomorrow.

My tank is finally finished. Just waiting fot the water to clear. Out looks outstanding in my eyes. I will poat pics later.
