NEW 15" MALE UMBEE

I got this pic from there...this is the fish. The guy posted a thread with some pics stating he had to sell it because he only has a 90 gallon tank. He went on to say he grew it from 3.5" to 15" in a year and a half. It looks so good I could eat it lol.

What happened to the two you were selling a couple days ago as "males" or were you just trying pass off your females?

It's Boreek's fish...that's one of the fish pics the guy he bought it from posted. When I saw it, I just had to share the photo with you guys but compliment him for such a nice find.
 
Yes thats my new bigg boy, and i did sell my 10.5" male for $120 tues. but he did'nt look now were as good as my new one, and i still have the 7" male and and got a 7"suspect umbie from the guy i bougt the 15" from he did'nt know if it was male or female and at this point i'am not sure either but if any body want one, for a true female i could sell or trade the 2, 7" umbies. the guy i bought umbie's from said the suspect female grew 4.5" in a year an i has lil color, but my 7" grew 6" in 6 months and has lots of color.
 
That is one awesome looking Umbee BOREEK. Congrats on the pick up.
 
gorgeus fish, look simalar to cichlidscenes umbriferium only 7-8" smaller though.
 
GORGEOUS! I've a quad of Umbees I'm growing on! :) Very nice fish to watch grow! ;) Any more pics!!??
