New 150 gallon, any tips on fish?

Sounds like you are going to have tons of action. I love tanks with layered action.
 
Uaru are nice and usually peaceful and I've kept oscars with dats beforeand didn't have any issues. As for top dwellers aros are always nice and when it gets too big for your tank find it a new home and then get another one :)

I´m not really a fan of how cichlid looks except for cichla :P They are colorful and swimming around
but I dunno if I like them :P Regarding arowana I have thought about that, but it would have to be when
my mini dats have grown enough to not get eaten ;)
 
I am considering selling of my dats and buying a Jardini instead :/ At the moment every damn fish in the tank is hiding and the hobby gets kind aboring then.
What do you guys think, Jardini or community tank? :P I hope to be able to keep the bichirs with the jardini at least but middle/top fishes will get killed is what i heard xD
 
Cant afford an asian aro atm :/
