I now have two aimara in comm setups.
12" maybe 14" with three large SD's in a 6x3. going on a month or so now. They do stay well out of his way though.
I pulled my Black wolf and Fowleri cat out of my 8 and dropped the large aimara in. Aimara and Brycon and large VATF. So far so good, 3 days in, quite a bit of flow to keep them occupied. Only seen a couple of small movement to make me nervous. Video to come in a couple of days, as long as it is still working out.
Typical not eating while getting used to the new tank. Was well fed before the move though. Seems to shoal with the others and hovers in the flow. occational move looking like it's going to bite something but more of a push to show who's boss.
I would love to have moved the ATF but pushing 16", bit to big for anything less than the 8'

The barbs are doing great! i'm going to put neons in there when i get back but it looks amazing with the size difference. Jelly thats crazy mixing them you got to post a vid when you get a chance i wanna see that. You think because of the stronger water flow helps out with aimara leaving the other fish alone?

i had mixed my 14 inches Aimara with 8 inches Giant snake head. They stay together for 2 weeks. Now i had put the flag tail 6 inch in this tank too. My tank is 48*20*20 inches. I will show you the picture.
