New 300 gal above ground turtle and koi pond pics

I am planning on making the same style of pond. Are the Turtles able to stay in the water all year, or do you have to bring them inside during the winter? I live in Huntington Beach, so the weather should be about the same.

The turtles are fine year round here...I dont do anything in the winter except not feed really. I dont know what kind of turtles are common over there...I am sure the weather is close enough to here that the RES would be just fine.

I agree 100%. I dont keep the koi in there too long. once they get too big I swap out to smaller. I also do lots of waterchanges so its all good.
