New 300 Gallon Tank, cosmetic damages... your thoughts please!

haha i wanna know price too! id do something about the chip so you don't cut yourself and of coarse re do the background. i cant wait to see it finished. dude ur stoked!
 
Okay guys here is an update! Had the tank delivered into my garage today, and snapped some more shots of it. Upon further inspection, I do NOT think that bracing will be an issue, as the thing has 4 braces across the top. Ive included pics for you all to take a look yourselves. The tank was definitely a home made project wherever it was first created, because the silicone is non-cosmetically pleasing, however the stand and canopy hide all of that. That aside, the seals look solid, and just needs a good cleaning IMO. I will fill with water and test for leaks soon.

yes,your bracing is ok,silicone leaves alot to be desired,but good luck with the test fill hope all goes well

Yes the silicone is very ugly, but the canopy will hide the top of the tank so no issue there, as far as around the tanks boarders and brace points, I am sure once scrubbed, cleaned, repainted/backgrounded, they won't be noticed.
 
Well, it looks like a custom/DIY made stand, so it's not made for trim.. so it's kinda the chance you take.
