NEW 4.5" W/C "B L U E Based Silver Arowana"

When I picked it up, I thought it was a silver aro but had "Ifs" (just like the $50.00 Armatus I got... If) so Im just posting pics to see the feedback on this guy.
My main thing is how did it get blue? Im ganna grow him out and watch his color but I dont see how it can be blue. Im assuming a 4" aro would be sensative to "How ever it was changed to Blue"?
Any feedback on how people change the color of blood parrots??

Nice silver that has been in ick medicine for too long... Let it settle in a couple of weeks, and the blue dye will come off
