new 5 ft tank (salt or fresh water?)

thanks to all who replied i am getting a job in a month at a aquarium shop . so money wont be such a big issue. i think i will go with freshwater because ive had a bit of experience with that area. i am planning on having maybe cicilds tank or maybe like eels and sharks and cod in the tank. im not sure yet. ill post the link to my youtube channel, i have videos of my turtle tank and fish tank. ill upload a newer version of both tanks with in the day.

Nice tanks. That is an awesome setup for that little turtle.
I would also say fresh simply because I've never been that interested in salt. I have some friends that are almost exclusively into salt though. At some point, I'm sure they'll draw me in.
