New 610 gallon stocking questions

My #1 vote is for a large SA community. Tetras, angels, geos, sevs, uaru, cories, plecos...there would be so much action in that tank. No chance of that getting boring.
#2 vote is all male CA community. Amphs, vieja maybe try to work in a jag or RTM.

I would love an all male tank, but for some reason I just keep getting females. Out of the last 20 fish that I've bought 18 are females for sure, 1 male pike and an unknown polleni.
I do have a sailfin pleco that I would love to put in there. Just on a side note, how does a pleco defend itself from an aggressive cichlid? I've seen mine charge at it's tankmates but they seem to be too quick to get rammed by it.
The PLecos have tough exteriors and are quite capable of growing large.

Hey what do you guys think about a pike cichlid to the SA community? What are the most to least aggressive ones?
