hi i just set up my tank and have all the essentials bio wheel 400 and wet dry with a rio 2100 pump. my question is what is the best way to introduce new fish in my tank?

looks good, if it is setup and been running, I would add the mbuna that you would like all at once. Keep an eye out, you have a Kenyi and they are the more aggressive side of the mbuna...
agreed, pack it tight and stay with mostly mbuna, i got haps, julieds and frontosa in with mine and they dont get alongs as well as id like. when i had a mbuna only tank, aggression was down.
thanx the tank has been set up for a month. your right the kenyi is mean as hell i put two of them in and one killed the other. could you give me a list of good tank mates for this set up? i really like the blues and yellows...
