Never kept Starfish.

Butterfly fish are specialists but are being captive bred now and accept more food stuffs like small meaty stuff. But youneed to know if it's captive. Smaller angels, groupers, just remember that eels are predatory and may consume smaller fish. Its hard to say what and what wont be safe with an eel. Snowflakes are the most safe option imo though.
