very nice... with all the fish you mentioned i was thinking your tanks was full, but not yet.. maybe when they get bigger. Looking forward to seeing the small leichardti and GATF to go into the tank. post some picture of the leichardti and GATF. What again is the dimension of the tank?
Thanks everyone. To answer some questions. The tank is a Tenecore 120"x48"x30" and has two Dolphin amp master pumps putting out a total of 7000gph. Each pump has it's own seperate circuit so if one pump shorts out and trips a breaker the other one will still work saving the fish if I'm away. I also have heaters on each side. So it has some fail safe features. My dad and I made the stand and I plumbed the filtration. I am using a 135gal sump with two homemade matt style wet dry filters made from egg crates. As you can see in the second pic the bottom egg crates are empty for height and the one's on the top are filled with a special plastic fiber woven matt and then I have filter pad on top of that. Also plumbed on the left is a 1000gal bead pond filter. I do about 150-200gal water change once a week and feed every 3 days. I feed frozen smelt and market shrimp and pellets. Feedings are a blast. The Lince cat is just amazing to watch eat- so fast and precise for a catfish. In the pics I just got done adding some lighting so that's why everyone is hiding. When I get up to go to work in the morning almost all the fish are there at the front of the tank to say hi and beg. It's funny seeing them all clustered together in a ball at the front of the tank. hehe
for me, I would have had to either paint or tint the back. I know its heavy but whille on the rollers, I would have dont somethin...
