So it's been a long time since I've posted updates on my fish. Here are some new shots of how much everyone has grown and the color that's starting to come in! I know my photography skills are still terrible, I'm trying to figure out how to get a faster shutter speed on my camera without compromising too much quality.
All of the fish in here are under 3.5 inches. The Aulonocara male is only 2 inches long! I can't wait to see his adult colors!
My current stock list:
9 Cyp leptosoma
3 Cyp frontosa "Ikola"
3 Neo pulcher "daffodil"
2 Syn petricola
2 Jul dickfeldi
4 Aul jacobfreibergi "Otter Point"
2 Lamp caudopunctatus
2 Bristlenose Plecos
In the long run I'm going to wind up with something along the lines of:
10+ Cyp leptosoma
3-5 Enantiopus melanogenys (sp? the big sand sifters)
I'll keep my Aulonocara if I can
Some sort of Juli, I don't really like the dickfeldi
I want to try more of an open tank with the Cyps and sand sifters, it might look really cool. Plenty of subtle color.
