Bichirs- polli, Palmas, retro, more del's, moke, sens. Personally I'd stay away from any of the lj or big 3 uj bichirs ( weeksi, ornate, teug) in a 4×2 foot print. Kribs stay near bottom and probably would eventually get eaten. Pollini probably get to large. If you don't care about mixing continents some thoricthys might look nice.

What about this stock list? You think Pike Characins would work with bichirs? I quite like them.

Unfair… my delhezi I had since January of last year, till now and it’s only 7-8”. It’s literally in a 6ft tank as well. My bichir genetics suck.

Oof. Thats a while ago. Mine started slowing the growing around a few months ago. I think he/she stopped or is growing slowly. What do you think of my stock list, Caveden?

It’s good, I like it. But for a 4 x 2 footprint I would keep 6 upper jawed bichirs cause 3 seems like a small number for a bichir group (they pile).

You could ask Krismo962 , he keeps many upper jaws in a bichir-group setting. Looks amazing when they are side by side as well.

I’d say if there are other fish 3 is gonna be a safe bet, only get more of water quality is still fine.
