Yep, it comes with filter, two intakes, sponge, carbon, and the lid in a regular old card board box with a sticker on the front saying its an AC70.

The only thing it does NOT include is the biomax, but that isn't too difficult to pick up from your lfs, or you can order some along with the filter. Even having to buy that separately, it still comes out around 50% off the original price.
