Thanks everyone for the kind words. i think i like the p1 more then i do the p3 at this moment. there's some character in him.
the funny thing is, i think i may have a pair. they have been swimming side by side since i got them and inseparable. no aggression or fighting for territory. keeping my fingers crossed

P1 and P3 that a big age different, the P3 must like them young.

Phase 1 is dark body with partial yellowing on the fins, Phase 2 is yellow fins, some yellowing on body. Phase 3 is Most to all of body being yellow and yellow fins.
Most will have spots, some doesn't, regardless of phase.
btw, phase is not age dependent. Some old farts are still phase 1, some young folks are already phase 3. So if that phase 3 tries to mate with phase 1, it's not necessary statutory rape.
