wow thats an awesome Cat! I wish I could find them around here.
 
P. granulosus I think. Found him mixed in with a batch of P. Niger cats. Gotta love the armoured cats, this one and my older Niger are fast growers compared to my M. Irwini that just grows sooo s-l-o-w.

It could be the camera angle and my incompetent ID skills but Im nearly positive that is no Granulosus. Its eyes are far too big and head shape is off IMO.

Thanks for the link! Def looks more like it. I agree with you on the head shape/eyes (the eyes are huge), I was wondering if that was because of its small size. I remember my Niger's head looked different when he was younger.
 
Nice pickups Warren ! Love that Doradidae cat ! Is that foam or suds in the Oscar tank ? Were you washing dishes in there ? :confused:

Nah Chris, the foam is from the 2 Hydro V's in that little tank...One of them might be your old one you gave me :D. I'm all about having pre-colonized sponge filters ready for emergency tanks.
