New AFT and red tailed baracuda

I got these off a local fishkeeper who changed his stocking recently. I have had the baracuda now for just over a month and despite coming to me skinny and not feeding it now smashes every bit of frozen food that goes in surprising me how big a lancefish it can fit in to its mouth! ace fish and I am really enjoying it

The AFT my mate bought as a Vittatus? I'm sure my old vittatus had more colour at this stage, this is about 7-8" and again was eating bloodworm I believe when he got it. I have had it just over two weeks and its smashing lancefish only but plenty of it. It is starting to fill out but I wonder what type it is.

Lovely fish thats in this 6ft as a grow out and will hopefully get big enough to go in my bigger tank soon

I came onto the thread just out of curiosity as to what an AFT was...?

Now I see that it's just an African Figer Tish!


Whatever you call it, very cool fish.
