My new angelfish recently spawned in my 150 gallon community tank. I have a total of 5 angels 2 gouramis a bunch of cory catfish and a bunch of livebearers. I do not pkan to take the parents out of the community tank. What can I expect to happen next?

The parents will protect fry! IMO you should be fine as far as leaving them in the tank:)

Purchase First Bites fry food, or crush up pellets into powder form.

Ok. Great! The male is aggressive but he only chase the other male fish away. So they just kinda carry on with their lives while keeping their distance

The parents will probably keep others away from the area of where the eggs are until the fry are free swimming.

Cover up the bottom of your intake with either a sponge or use a stocking. This will prevent the fry from being sucked up by the intake.

I have a overflow in my tank and when my jags used to breed after about 3-4 weeks all the babies would get sucked in it so yeah cover that up but it was neat to watch the parents move them around and take care of the young though can't wait to have my tank up and running again
