It is official we are putting in an aquarium room at the new house. It is going to be 16 foot long and have not have not decided how wide yet. The main tank is either a new 450 to possibly up to a 650 gallon. This is going to end up really neat.

The center fish is going to be a Black Arowana or if I can find one for sale here in California a Snow (Silver) Arowana. Plus I'm planning on another tank with an African Tiger Fish.:grinno::grinno::grinno:

Thanks and

go with the 650 because if you dont youll always kick your self saying way didnt i go bigger

I hear you I just have got to finalize of what space I'm working with for the fish room. Plus I have got to account for enough space for a second specimen tank large enough to house an African Tiger Fish, that I'm planning for as well.

Sounds like a good plan and i agree go as big as you can or you will regret it.
Keep us posted.

The concrete foundation was poured last week and the final dimensions are 12 foot by 16 foot.

Turns out the aquarium room is going to be all mine. I have got a section for my 360 gallon and a 16 foot wall section for another monster tank. The door is only 3 foot wide and means that is the widest the tank is going to be.

I'm going to put in an African Tiger Fish tank and a South American Leaf Fish tank as well. Pictures should come soon!
