Awesome man. I think my favorite part was the bichirs coming out to try and get some! :rofl:

Vamp, have you though about what you are going to do if you cant get yours off of live? As they grow and with their fast metabolism they are going to need LARGE prey items or MANY small ones!

BTW, Ive got a feeding vid in the works that is going to drop some jaws! My only hint is that this particular fish Im feeding is usually one portrayed in some very violent feeding videos themselves! ;)
 
why didn't you film the strike? very cool, just stop lording the fact you have an armatus :(

hopefully he will eventually take the shrimp or smelt that i feed my rays. if he never takes, ill just get big pond comets. my guy is already going to start getting me about 20 at a time.

yeah..mine ate market shrimp and krill from the original owner, but now all it eats is feeders:cry:
eats about 4 at a time (2-3") and hes about 9 and in the morning he is thin as paper
lol
