yes, I agree with rumble. Nothing too remarkable about that young silver. There is only so many colors of arowana in the world, but can you think of a color they haven't marketed them in? Purple maybe? Off Coffee? Oh, that would be the Jardini.
 
I wouldn't pay extra for it. Like everyone else said, it sounds like a normal silver with some pink coloration to it.
 
I was talking in more detail to my lfs and they special order aros from Hong Kong cause that's the only place they could find one. I was also informed it was "Tank raised" so I'm not sure it it's a good thing or bad thing.........
 
hey meiling, Glad your getting another aro. Im agreeing with everyone else that it is just a normal aro. And it is good that it is tank raised.

yeah, i agree my baby silver was pinker than my parrot fish when i got him, then he turned yellow lol! Not worth the extra money you can get a $20 silver and feed it on shrimp to enhance it colour.
 
When I got my silver I shopped around and found one with lots of pink color. It's now about 17", has lots of pink in its finnage and is developing pink borders on its scales. No such thing as "pink arowana" though....some silvers just have more pink than others.
