thanks man, I design the pond myself but with consultation with my pond guy as I need to know what he can do or build, he is really artistic and creative... I would give credit to him for this creation....

working on the decorative wall for the raised tank... I guez after this I would be able to fill up the pond to test run...

I hv reduce the size of the tree stump, I was thinking of doing away with it but my pond guy started working on it so I didn't wanna kill his enthusiasm...

I planned to house all my misc fish.... 3 kingkong parrots, 1 IT, 1 Endi, 1 RTG, 1 PBass, some plecos and possibly 1 or 2 rays....

Though I'm eager to transfer my fish into this new pond and tank, I do not plan to rush things yet I wanna do it in the the quickest possible way...here's the plan for curing this new pond:

1. Fill up pond and run the pumps without filter media for the first 2-3 days
2. At the same time use HCl acid (muriatic acid) to maintain PH at say 5
3. After 2-3 days, drain out the water and refill with de-chlorinated water
4. Add salt to 0.2%
5. Add test fish, add mechanical filteration material and 50% of bio media (existing from my other pond/tanks) and run all pumps
6. Add HCl periodically to maintain PH between 7.5 to 8.5 (I hope the dosage will be small after the initial curing)
7. After another 2 days, add to 100% bio media (all are old media from existing pond/tanks), transfer fish
8. To continuingly add small dosage of acid until pond water reach equilibrium, ie production of compounds (that reduces alkalinity in pond) is matched by components leached out from the concrete pond

Filling up with water this morning to test for leakage...

the tank deco wall is finally painted... hopefully in two days time, provided there's no leakage, I will start treating the pond with vinegar (instead of acid as earlier planned)
