you can forget the idea altogether

you need a big tank first, preferably 5x2x2 or 6x2x2 tank, if you get a bigger tank the better

not big enough for a full grown aro more like atleast 8x3x2 but 12x4x3 would be the best not a 10 gallon for sure

as asian arowana is not permitted on the states, you can definitely start with a silver though this requires a very big tank say 350gals to thrive.

i am going to get like a 200 so i dont have to buy two tank while its growing up.

I would try to go a little bigger with the tank if you could. At full size it would be a little cramped in there.
