the 8 footer was getting too small for the 3 silvers and the jar so after reading some of the tank build projects on here i thought to make them a new home 10ft x 4ft x 4ft
took awhile to put together as i had other work to do but finally got it finished and the fish in
had a few scratches and scales missing but they have all settled down well
tank is outside to get natural sunlight during the summer months
maybe it will help the dropeye in the silvers? who knows

Sweet tank ^^ 4'? wow that is tall

PS: natural sunlight unlikely gonna help with DE .... mines are outside and receive sun ... DE is there (not alot yet ...fingers crossed doesn't become worse)

wow! a well behaved jardini! wish i could have one like that!

thanks for he comments guys
front viewing pane is 20mm acrylic way cheaper than the required glass in N.Z.
tank is 4x4 framing, 4 inch polystyrene with glass over that and marine ply exterior
made with 2 front windows to eliminate some of the flex in the acrylic
jar is only about 1/2 the size of the silvers, it was really agressive as a youngster but has settled with age, size and more bigger tank mates
all the aros came with varying degrees of drop eye
biggest aro is just under 3ft
