NEW ARRIVAL bowfin

Bowfin are amazing fish to keep! I reccomend them to anybody that can keep them for life. You must remember though that they get BIG. Like 30"+ big. I have heard 36"+ but not likely. I had mine for like 7 months and he jumped ship. He was a really good fish and grew really fast. They are just like snakeheads but I wouldn't say they are as agressive as a SH. They are still agressive but not crazy like a giant sh... Oh and that cat is deffinatly an asain RTC.

Chad have you ever cought one where you live? I'm going fishing next week so I'll try and catch some.

Never caught one...But I do know where they hang out and I know somebody that fishes for them regularly. You should deffinatly try and catch yourself a 8-10" then when it gets too big for your tank throw it in your big one or that pond of yours...I'm sure the koi won't mind
