I'd add more detail to the wood in the background, more red on the tail, move the eyes further forwards, and make the belly transition to the head more smoothly. I'd also point the pectoral fins downwards to give it more balance. More motion in the water too. Otherwise it's good.

Another update found out I could use custom colors. Will be going futher changes.

The pelvic fins are wayyy off. Look at a real clown and you'll see that the pelvic fins are much further towards the head.
