I cant wait for mine to be big enough for the 180 with my bichirs. Its going to be awhile though. Im thinking about mixing them when the aro grows to 9 inches at least.
 
I got two awhile back also but my hampala barbs thought it would be a good snack. I'm thinking of ordering two more once I moved some fish around from the grow outs.
 
Nothing like a pricey fish getting chomped on. But we all need to learn hard lessons. I'm making certain I won't have an outcome like that. Well at least do my best to prevent it from happening. Eventually mine will be going in with my severums, Geos and my fire eel. But not for a long time.

I feel like if my bichirs are fine with a 4" brown knife for almost a year, they will be good with a 8" arowana. They are well fed, never had a problem with bichirs eating tankmates. Plus he would get the benefits of a large tank at a small size.
