they sell black worms at riverfront aquariums in calgary if you are doing a trip down call them first make sure.But mysis is very good for them also canadian tire sells packs of 25 redworms for $3.99 they are very small worms bigger than blackworms and will help grow you rays quicker.feed them once every 6 hours or 4 times a day
