Hey guys, I just picked up four baby kelbri peacock bass. They have been in the tank for 48 hours and all but one are swimming around acting normal, but the one has been lying in the substrate this entire time and his fins are ripped quite a bit.I don't think its a problem I'm just wondering if I should move him into a smaller tank until he starts swimming around with healed fins. Anyways if you guys have any advice on pbass I'd love to hear it.

It's probably the lowest in rank or sick.

Something is stressing the fish. Probably the other kelberis bullying this one.

Oh yea, I have two mini forest of hornwart, a little store bot cave he can go in, a bunch of rocks with little spaces big enough for him. Its a 6.5x2x2 tank, theres a lot of room to hide.

But like you said he's pretty stressed, at one point for maybe 10 minutes he was swimming around with the other pbass but ultimately goes back to hiding.

What other tankmates? Is it a newly started tank?

The 5 other tank mates are, and oscar and green serevum I've had for a year, they are not aggressive at all, a bichir who's also not aggressive, two 2 inch giant danios.
