Dude, it's awesome!! Just saw a great piece on the Discovery Channel "River Monsters" about these. Are you aware that they get to be 10ft or more long and can put on 10lbs a year? They can live for 30 years or more. Keep us posted, these are awesome.

if this is the same fish you're updating, how big is it? its for sure not a yarelli, but a bagarius bagarius or bagarius rutilus
Its the same fish I've been updating....its about 5.5 inches total length. I can take some newer macro photos of any parts of its taxonomy if it would help you ID it. Thanks for looking.
