New ball python and first reptile!

So il stick with the Eco earth. Tomorrow is feed day so I'm going to try to feed in a separate box. Still going to feed a large mouse FT maybe and next week feed him two.

just be carefull putting him in the box, if you mess with him too much he might not eat. i feed my snakes in thier own enclosure and i just hook train them so they know when its feeding time

Any idea about their average lifespan? Compare it to a red ear slider, Indian star tortoise or a PAC man frog which is a cooler pet?

BPs live for 20-25 years, not sure about the others but the tortoise will live the longest. Its hard to compare since they are all very different. if you want more and better answers, you should post in a new thread

In my opinion, I would choose the tortoise, but it depends on what you are looking at in a pet. Post your own thread
