New Ball Python

I will take some tomorrow when I clean her cage - basically looks like a normal snake now except for the wounds on her side opened up again after she shed. She's so pretty and extremely sweet. Not even so much as a hiss since she has been here.

Just a quick update on her. She is doing quite a bit better. She shed this morning, I had to help her once it got to the large wound on her side. The black from under her mouth is all gone now, as are the eyecaps. Now all we have are a few scrapes and cuts to heal up but they are looking good, no signs of infection or anything, just new healthy tissue.

well done, as always.
thats just disgusting, i just dont see y people need to do this with animals. y not take it to a shop (im sure they would be more than happy to nurse it to health and then sell it...well mine would lol) or a pet shelter. there are just so many options that people can do to stop this, yet they dont.
i think some people assume the pet shelter will think they arnt good owners...but at least ur showing the initiative that u want ur pet to be looked after and ur not trying to get money from it.

at least she in in amazing hands now. cant wait to see her progress x

I don't understand it either. Even if you are going to put it in the wild at least don't throw it out a car window. Also, I know the local shops have my name and number so they can call me if someone brings something in so I know there is that option. She is so sweet though and she is recovering nicely it looks.

I will post some more pics later today.
