Picked this guy/gal up yesterday looks to be about 10" maybe a little more. Still got some color to get back but settling in nicely. Gonna try some food today or tomorrow.

I like the look of the wild more also, there way more common in Australia then the red morph I have only seen the red morph once!

Ah but then i wish i had access to just half the fish you do  lol The wild morphs still run a pretty descent price tag down here.

They are the best looking of the snooks hand down. Used to be a pain in the bootie finding that color variant. Now a days all you see are the reds. Very nice!

Ill be sure to keep adding photos as it matures more and changes. Anyone know how to sex these guys without venting?

Right now that one looks female. Males look kind of like male jags, with the spangle/mottled pattern all over the body. Females pretty much keep that coloration. Its fairly easy to tell them apart. :) Another thing perhaps would be the dorsal and anal fins, more pointed in males. Of course, those aren't 100% accurate ways to sex them, so allow room for error. Tis always best to vent when possible.

Here are some of pictures of mine I had a while ago, I thought they were females when I took this picture, but by the time I lost them I was almost sure they were actually male. So its fairly tricky to be honest.
