new black and my 3 other silvers

here is a pice of the 13" silver back on jan 14, 2010...the tube in the fore ground is and undergravel system tube for size ref....

 
the black has stopped swimming with its head down...still wont eat yet...most of my aros eat before now so this one is stubborn...lol...very active though...
 
i will have a few more pics in a while...has anyone else noticed that blacks are more shy at smaller sizes?
 
Blacks seem to be more timid, compared to silvers, at all sizes. Though you don't get the spazzing out as often as with typical silver aros.

ya...now that i think about it all the blacks i have seen witch has been to about 18-20" in person have been more layed back...makes me wonder why...as they are almost basically the same fish from the same system...

took me a while to get this one...they are hard to get in MN...they get intersepted everywere else...also when they do get here they are more expencive...i hate paying shipping on fish or i would have got some of the 3" for $50, but shipping sucks...i got this one for the cheapest i have seen anywere for this sized aro with sipping for $130...you just have to look around in your area and you will see that almost everything that is imorted stops at cali...or florida...me being in the middle it was slim pickins...my conection has only found 3 availble in the last 3 years and i got one of them...
