Nice contrast with the sands. Looking good.

Looks good! Now finish it up with a black background and make those angels' and acaras' colors pop

Very nice! The black sand makes the Java fern and lava rocks pop out and the fish too.

On a fun note the acaras survived thier first 24 hours with my sens and one is already doing the mateing booty shake that most chichlids do. Didnt think they were big enough yet but he is trying like mad. and 2 of my angels have already started claiming a corner.

For the background, something you may want to try, if you have it laying around, is weed blocking fabric for the yard. I have it on one of my tanks, and it looks pretty good
