Ya, I feed mine feeders once in a while but they are eating hikari cichlid bio gold plus. They have an extreme growth rate and coloring up rapidly!!!

i bought the wrong bio gold plus. i bought the medium pellets and there ****ing huge. gonna go get some aro sticks and drop it in there, hopefully they eat those since they like bloodworms.
MIne are on medium pellets as well. Two of my four are stubborn and eating bloodworms w/ crushed pellets in the mix. I keep upping the amount of pellets to get em off the bw.
