I must say you need to hone your skill on the manual settings-You have much better results....

I use "S" or "A" when i take pictures of my fishes... and i use "RAW" for higher quallity. Practise, and changes setting till u find something good.

not so good maby, but its the best i can get.(Im using a nikon D40x)
those are some decent shots but i do agree with using the manual settings the pics will get better and better.

after a bit of reading and playing around just took these in manual mode. gonna take a while to get used to it but i'm happy with my start!

Those are great pictures for beginner use of new camera.. no doubt you will be shocking us in a good way with awesome pics... I just ordered a new canon so i hope mine are better then before.. but i know no matter what camera it takes practice...
