First Ficus benjamina is a true fig tree (as a matter of comparison the figs that youll find at the supermarket are given by Ficus carica and so they are very close relatives even if Fb hails from south east asia and Fc from around the mediterraneum), it gives small red fruits and actualy in the wild it grows first like a vine over a bigger tree, then entangles it using the bigger tree as suport to reach ligth and stealing nutrients from the soil around the first tree, the bigger tree eventualy dies and decays leaving the fig tree alone in the space previously ocupeid by both. It only reaches a tree like shape after many years, however in cultivacion because all the avaible ligth it does so very prematurely. But back to topic, I recomend you do a litle siwch in your plans. Your going to buy another one now and put it outside untill you need it (that is if your climate allows it

) Why? Because if you buy another one and put it straigth into the terrarium the plant will be full of fertilizers, stuff to make it look shinyer and even perhaps insectisides, all of wich can make your cham very hill if he eats the leaves(wich they do, yemen chams are among the veggans of the cham world and your cham can greatly benefy if you every now and then hang a peace of mustard green, hibiscus leaf and flower, fig and even orange slices in a small conteiner in their enclosure

) and specialy if he drinks from the leafs. The plant needs time and specialy rain to flush out that bad stuff. If your current plant was recently buyed I recomend you trade her for a nice fake one for now and perhaps it will give it time to grow a bit for the new enclosure
