Next time i try to snap some pic while it's feeding..i'm worry one of this day my tank will crack due to it's impact while pursuing feeders...yesterday it mauled 2 15cm fish..

i saw a japanese website where it had a picture exactly like your micro and labelled it as Channa Micropeltes var. India

below r the pics of a juvenile ..(same species) found at a local aquarium shop ..unfortunately the boss wouldnt want to depart with the fish..i went there to check out after a friend of mine called me up. I spent an hour there analyzing the fish and i find that the fish is exactly like mine when it was small except the pattern on it's body.
