An electric blue jack dempsey is less aggressive, however, they tend to be more expensive though... so we really need to know your tank size, your tank mates, your budget and so on.

Given the fact you were asked twice about tank size and didn't respond, my guess is you know the tank is/was too small. Removing the JD would be the better option, although, if you intend on housing the CK properly I wouldn't imagine their to be aggression issues in the appropriate size tank.

Well actually I have been busy with school so that's why I haven't answered FYI and the tank is a 50 gallon bowfront and if you read, you would see I got rid of the jack already and the clown is only 7 inches

I will be upgrading to a pond and I was go to return the clown but I am going to nurse him back to health first. In 1 night my jack tire up all his fins and his skin so I am currently treating him
