This is a 30g I had pulled from storage its literly like brand new. Never even seen water so on my boring Sat moring I set it up and didi a little aquaticscape for a set of convicts that like to breed. Allowing me to hopefully pull the little ones from this tank, before the convicts were in a tankwith other cichlids that always seem to get to the fry before I could.

I just hope that they do breed now. I didnt really atempt it before and was suprised that they did. Were I have been trying to breed kribs for ever and yet to get a sucessfull out come. I think my pair devorced...lol

any way here is the pics

That looks really nice.

Awsome tank.

30g should be perfect for them.

They should be fine. Mine bred in a 20 long. And in the 120. And in a cup of water.

Tank looks great. Have fun pulling fry from it though lol.

Pulling fry is easy, just siphon them out when they are a couple days old.

Just a suggestion so please ignore if your after the natural biotype look but as they are cave spawners, I think a ceramic half flowerpot laid sideways would be greatly appreciated. Or a small 15cm high pot with the rim notched and then turned upsidedown. If you want to be nice, turn the cave so they have some pricacy from you (You can use the side glass reflection to look in). Much easier to defend so they feel more comfortable.

If you want to notch or cut the pot, soak it overnight in water and then use a ceramic drill bit or some big pliers to nibble away.
