Here is a pic, but this must be a less mature fish cos the one i'm talking about is pure white, no speckling, and has very many more vertical black stripes.

theyre FW Shrimp that live in fast-flowing streams
AKA Singapore Flower Shrimp, they also do not pose a threat to any fish, even fry, (with caution) because they have no claws, but feathers

thats a cichla piquiti AKA azul.
they have the speckling when younger and lose it as they grow.
also a horizontal bar when young and then vertical bars as it grows.
thats a pretty mature specimen btw..
