I'm more of a gudgeon guy myself.

Great pickups! How much for the Jerdoni? (If you still have them, it's been a few months I see.) The last one I got went belly up after three days with no signs of illness. Are they unusually sensitive? My water is 0,0,5 in that tank with a stable pH.

Are the puffers all from one spawn?
The jerdoni are $4 each. I have a bunch of them. They are not particularly sensitive, although not very easy to feed (at least I cannot figure out what they are definitively eating except when I feed live white worms). They often come in VERY thin from overseas. I would imagine in a store, where they are probably not fed live, ti would be very easy for them to get even thinner and weakened. I have a bunch of them, they are super nocturnal. They remind me of little anchors.

I have no idea about the puffers, I got them from India.

the puffers must be some carinotetraodon, but exact sp. will require collection points

the hera jerdonis are easier fed with live daphnia and other stuff like grindalls or white worms, or even blood worms, very difficult to get on to prepared foods, although one of my friends who is crazy good with natives feeds them crushed pellets.

great imports Rach

the puffers are the coolest

Yes, they definitely relish live white worms which is what I feed them. I also offer meat based pellets, but since they don't go after them readily, I don't know if htey are really eating them at all or not.

Cool little catfish though, that is for sure!

I wish I could afford a school of Roselines!

Haha Rach that first shot with the worm is priceless. Is the catfish an Ambydoras species?
