so i just got my red dragons, but is it normal for them to be almost laying on their sides, i accimalated them for 2 hours and ph is the same in bag as tank so ph shock is out of the question. will post pics. FYI i bought them online

yes, it's normal for them to lay flat when stressed. Here's a pick from Central Ohio Discus:

Man, you are playing with fire allowing discus to sit in nasty bag water for 2 hours while acclimating them. I know it's the old, customary way, but it risks gill burn on the fish. It's generally agreed by most people nowadays to get new discus into clean water as soon as possible. Float the bag in the tank for 20 mins., open the bag, place the fish in the tank, and discard the bag water. This is known as "drop and plop". They seem to recover from the stress of shipping quicker, and without the risk of ammonia burn. You should also quarantine new fish. Good luck with your new pigeons. :D

no i just float them in the water n i was gonna do the .5 cup of tank water into bag every 15mins. wait hillbilly u dont acclimate them to the ph? i took them all into a bigger bag n did the .5 of tank water every 15 mins

I don't think I'd panic just yet, they are still fairly new to the tank. Give them some time. I agree with Hillbilly on drop and plop being the best option for future reference, better to get them in good quality water ASAP after shipping. If you're nervous, maybe get a bucket and start prepping some water for water changes through the afternoon/evening (heater to match the temp to tank temp, water conditioner, maybe some aquarium salt would help relax them).

As long as your water is not a Ph of 8 or something crazy like that (in which case you probably should be keeping Africans or have an RO unit), you are fine. I've dropped and plopped at least a hundred or more discus using this method without a problem over the years. It sometimes takes new discus up to several days to adjust to a new tank, yeah, give them some time.

hillbilly theres 1 discus, dorsal n anal fins r clamp, n its in the high back corner, should i be worry? i mean it moves when the big pigeon pushes it out of the way

Give it a few hours and see what happens. Often, it takes a while for them to relax and adjust. Probably just the stress from shipping.

Are you quaranteeing these new discus? It appears that you to dropping them into a tank with an existing discus, that's not a good idea. The differences in their sizes is not good either.
