New DIY Fish Trap

Canned tuna packed in water (not oil) with holes poked in it works great!

Any luck with the hotdog bait for your trap?

I went to go check on the trap and saw a few fish hanging around the trap, but there was nothing in it. The fish seemed to be a red devil, oscar, and some tilapia. All the fish i saw were around 10 inch, and my trap inlet is only a few inches across so ill be making the hole bigger. Also ill probably throw a few more kinds of bait in there. Next im going to go and try it in the ocean.

hey, i think i might be going to hawaii for a vacation this summer, could you give me some hot spots to catch FW fish? Like a hidden lake or river that has some really cool tropical fish? i'm searching on google earth, but can't find any big bodies of water other than the ocean. lol
