He is not getting fat yet i just fed him three worms an he wont eat anymore
Some fish is picking at his disk i will try to find the fish and take him out as soon as possible. i think it is the pimellodella gracilis but it could be the pike too.

I'd personally keep him alone if I were trying to put some weight on him. It allows you to leave food in the tank without worry that the other tankmates will eat it first, and there's less stress from the other tankmates.

Have you treated for parasites yet?

I wonder why he didn´t eat the Pimelodella^^
Did u catch him by yourself? Which river is he from?
Try small Tetras, they sleep at the bottom and are easy to catch for him.
And ofcourse the best would be live freshwater shrimps, should be no problem to get them in Manaus.
